Good Morning,
I have a few items that I would like to mention to you this
week as we approach Christmas. I know some of the items are last minute but I
wanted to make you aware in the event that you are able to come.
1. On
Wednesday we will join the Snack and Learn program by providing dinner, crafts
and a small gift to the children. I will be at the church starting at 4:30 pm
to prepare the food and we will head to Lincoln Park around 5pm to setup. The
event will last from 5:30 -7:30 pm. If you are able to help, please let me
know so that I can plan for your participation.
2. On Friday, December
21st, the Stephens Ministry group will be hosting the "Longest Night" worship
service. They are in need of greeters for this event and will need us to be
there at 6:30pm until about 7:15pm at that point you can then head home or
attend the worship service.
3. Next Sunday, December 23rd, we will be
having our Christmas Party and Living Nativity. Please plan to come with a gift
that is $5 or less and wrap it for our gift exchange. We will begin with the
gift exchange followed by dinner and then we will participate in the Living
Nativity. Please come out, it is sure to be a good time!
