No BABYSITTING on SATURDAY

Good evening, I am sending this email for a couple of reasons, due to a lack of interest, the babysitting that was scheduled for Saturday has been cancelled. We only had one family take us up on the offer and so we will need to visit another way to acquire funds for our mission trip. Due to the cancellation of this event, we WILL have youth group at the regular times on Sunday. 6 - 7:45 pm middle school and 6:45 - 8:30 high school. Also due to this change, youth praise band will be held at its normal time as well from 5:30-6:00pm on Sunday. Thank you to all who committed to helping on Saturday even though it won't happen. Secondly, I wanted to remind you of our schedule between now and the end of the year (yeah we are that close): December 2nd - Youth Group at normal times December 9th - Directly after the 9:30am service (approximately 11:00 am) we will leave for Columbus to go Christmas Shopping and the Zoo Lights. Cost for this trip will be$15 (to cover zoo lights and gas). The tentative plan is to arrive at Tuttle Mall at 12:30 pm and stay there until 4:30 pm. While there, the youth will be able to go Christmas shopping for their loved ones and eat dinner. At 4:30pm we will head to the zoo for the zoo lights from 5pm-7:00pm. At 7:00pm we will depart for Chillicothe in order to arrive back no later than 9:00pm. December 16th - Youth Group at normal times December 23rd - The Living Nativity/ Christmas Party - All youth will meet from 6 - 8:30 pm where we will have dinner, small gift exchange ($5 or less), and participate in the Living Nativity. Please bring with you a gift to share and dress appropriately to be outside for some time.
