I hope that everyone is having a great summer! We have a couple things that are coming up that I wanted to make sure you were aware of. If you have any question, please don't hesitate to let me know.
1. First off, this Friday (7/20/12) we will be having our mini golf night on the former Dan's property. We will be setting up for the day from 9am-12pm and we will then need help from 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm. We need as many people to help as possible to monitor the different holes, serve food and collect money. Please plan to help out as much as you can. Please let me know when you think you may be able to help. We are also in need of some hotdog/ hotdog bun donations. If you would be able to donate some, please let me know!
2. Then we have our mission trip on July 27th - 31st. We have had multiple people RSVP but I AM STILL in need of at least one more adult female volunteer (over 21). If you or someone you know could fill this capacity, I would really appreciate it!
3. On August 13th, we will be having a day/evening of fun at Lake White (thanks to John and Cheryl Henricks) mark your calendars from 1:00pm meet at church and plan to return to church around 9 pm that evening. Look for more information to come in the next couple of weeks!
